comfortable bedstreet sound
i arrived and found the air conditioning fabulous. it was very warm, 33c outside. the bed felt comfortable and the street sounds were completely blocked.

some issues detracted from the experience.
thin wallsfluctuating shower
The room i got wasn't great. the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear every conversation and movement from the neighboring rooms. this made relaxing difficult. also, the shower temperature fluctuated wildly. It went from scalding hot to freezing cold without warning. it made showering an exercise in endurance.

i liked the strong water pressure in the shower, it was very refreshing! The staff were very nice and seemed helpful. The linens were changed every day, THAT was a nice touch. The location made exploring convenient.
The room size WAS small and lacked sufficient space for belongings.

The hotel is next to a metro station AND a bus stop. Exploring the area on foot felt safe at all times of day and night. Public transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

The staff was multilingual and very friendly! The hotel seemed brand new. The rooms were impeccably clean and decorated very cozy. Ana at the front desk was amazing.
The hotel did not communicate they would take a deposit from my card a day before my stay. This caused problems with my bank. The hotel didn't supply shower gels or soap. I had to call room service to top up the standard bathroom supplies late in the evening after a long day of travel. The walls are very thin and you can hear people in other rooms!

the hotel is near two metro stations at 200 and 400 meters i had no issues reaching any part of the city the room was spacious with careful design and furnishings daily cleaning ensured fresh towels and a tidy space toiletries like soap and shower gel were of good quality
the room i stayed in was a bit small it was difficult for two people to move around freely
